Initial start-up costs include one-time Franchise fee along with furnishing a small office for your base of operations. This would include furniture, computer, software subscriptions and phone system. Other operating costs could include such things as insurance coverage. FPC University
Our in-house professional development training program, FPC University, is fully covered by your one-time franchise fee. Once a month, we host live training seminars for our whole network, addressing hot button subjects and day-to-day tactics for company success. We bring in industry professionals to speak about current and pertinent topics such as immigration law, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and relocation. We also host and conduct opt-in training courses on various parts of the hiring process.

Quarterly Owners Forum calls: We hold quarterly owner forum calls to discuss operational best practices for running your company, asking questions and discussing best practices with FPC home office and other FPC Franchise owners.
