We bring in industry professionals to speak about current and pertinent topics such as immigration law, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and relocation. We also host and conduct opt-in training courses on various parts of the hiring process.
Quarterly Owners Forum calls: We hold quarterly owner forum calls to discuss operational best practices for running your company, asking questions and discussing best practices with FPC home office and other FPC Franchise owners.
We welcome our vendor partners to hold FPC University classes for additional credit to provide assistance and training on software upgrades, new platforms, and other topics.
The highest performers at FPC University are recognized and rewarded through a recognition program. FPC University co-sponsors an annual vacation for its Platinum and Platinum Elite Recruiters, honoring those who earn between $250k or more.
