Dylan joined FPC National in 2005 and brings his hands-on recruiting talent, mentoring and training ability, and strong communication skills to FPC National. Dylan spent three years as a recruiter focusing on financial and legal services in NYC. Dylan took part in training and mentoring new hires while working as a recruiter, and realized that training was the right direction for his career. Previously, Dylan worked in the Private Client Division for Credit Suisse First Boston.
